When should I expect my CLEAN Cause?
Your items will be shipped within 3 business days after purchase, and sometimes even sooner!
Our fulfillment team works hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Please note: orders placed after 12:00 PM CST (USPS) or 3:00 PM CST (other carriers), or over the weekend, will begin processing the next business day.
Can I change my address or cancel my order?
To cancel or make changes to an order, please reach out to us within 30 minutes of placing your order at hello@cleancause.com during our business hours (9 AM–5 PM CST). We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has begun processing for shipment.
Why have I only received part of my order?
Apologies for any misunderstanding! Please note that we can only fit up to two CLEAN cases per box. If you've ordered three cases or more, your order will be shipped in multiple boxes. Your other boxes should arrive within 24 hours of the first.

Something's wrong with my order. What should I do?
Oh no! We'd love to get that fixed up for you. Please send an email to our team at hello@cleancause.com and include pictures of the order and packing slip. Pictures are requried!
