WHERE IS YOUR YERBA MATE SOURCED?

Our Yerba Mate is Fair Trade Certified and sourced in Brazil.

HOW DOES YERBA MATE TASTE?

Yerba Maté is a tea, but our drinks don’t taste like you’re sipping on a cup of straight-up brewed tea! We add sparkling purified water and organic fruity flavor so the bulk of the flavor you taste is refreshing, fruity, and light with a very slight tea taste on the back end.

While we don't have any nut products in our drinks, our canning facility does run other products in the "tree nut" category.

ARE YOUR DRINKS GLUTEN FREE?

We do not add any ingredients with gluten to our drinks.

WHAT SWEETENERS ARE USED IN YOUR DRINKS?

Our Low-Cal yerba mate and our Pick-Me-Up drinks use organic cane sugar, organic erythritol and a pinch of organic stevia. Our Zero-Cal drinks use only organic erythritol and organic stevia. Our Non-Carbonated yerba mate is sweetened using only certified organic cane sugar.

WHAT IS A SUGAR ALCOHOL?

CLEAN Cause in non-alcoholic & non-intoxicating. The sugar alcohols in our product are from organic erythritol & organic stevia - both naturally occurring sweeteners.  A sugar alcohol is named that because it is a carbohydrate that has the chemical structure of a sugar with an -OH group attached to it. However, it doesn’t contain ethanol, which is what makes something “alcoholic.” Therefore our products are non-alcoholic, non-intoxicating & contain no alcohol.

You can update your shipment frequency or skip an order at any time through your customer portal. We offer a range of flexible options, including intervals of 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 6 weeks.

Your items will be shipped within 3 business days after purchase, but most of the time they ship even sooner.

All subscription orders and orders over $50 are shipped free! If your order doesn't meet these requirements, then a shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied to your order.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Right now, we currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates, as we hope to serve more regions in the future!

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE SHIP?

Your items will be shipped within 3 business days after purchase, but sometimes even sooner! Our fulfillment team works hard to get your orders out as soon as possible.

Occasionally, packages may be marked as delivered even though they're still en route to you. If you haven't received your CLEANs within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@cleancause.com.

WHY HAVE I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?

Apologies for any misunderstanding! Please note that we can only fit up to two CLEAN cases per box. If you've ordered three cases or more, your order will be shipped in multiple boxes. Your other boxes should arrive within 24 hours of the first.
