Shipping Policy

All subscription orders and orders over $40 before tax are shipped free! If your order doesn't meet these requirements, then a shipping fee of $4.99 will be placed on your order.

Many orders ship 3 business days after purchase, and maybe even sooner! Typically, orders that contain a product on backorder will ship as a complete order when all items are available, unless a special exception is made.

Any order placed after 12:00 pm CST for USPS, after 3:00 pm CST for any other carrier, or on Saturday/Sunday will begin processing the following business day in the order of receipt.

In rare cases, we may experience fulfillment delays and your delivery date may differ from the estimates displayed on the website. You will receive an email once your order ships with a delivery estimate provided by the carrier.

Once an order is submitted and has been marked as shipped, the order is final and cannot be changed. Please be sure your order includes all of the items you want before you submit it.

We offer a 30 Day Happiness Guarantee - if you aren't satisfied with your order for any reason reach out to us at hello@cleancause.com for an exchange or refund on orders up to $100. A picture is required for any returns due to shipping damage.
